Slow, but neat.

Customer service is slow to respond, and they dont provide tracking numbers or estimated fulfillment dates. It took about 2 months, and many email requests and follow-ups, to get all the products I ordered. That being said, I love the end results. I just dont like how long it took or how much I had to work to get here.
