Terrible

Had a paid order sitting for almost a month. The shipping time is advertised as 10 days. I contacted customer service and was told they were having an issue with their suppliers and that they would look into it. Another week of unanswered emails from me asking for an update or a refund were ignored. Called today (27 days later) and was basically given a shrug and a refund. Thanks for wasting my time!
